Payment Terms

We know it’s difficult to budget for something big like an app, so we’ve changed our terms. We now take 25% deposit, 25% once you’ve signed off your designs, 25% when you get your test version and then the final payment when the app goes live or 30 days if we’re waiting on you. For a pay monthly app we take the initial payment up-front then start payments from the day the app is ready.

Boring Terms and Conditions Bit

Yes we need some, sorry. The above calculations are based on the information provided to us and are an estimate. A member of the team will confirm them with you. We only charge for the exact time used, any budget unspent is credited to your account or not even invoiced. If we’re waiting on you for more than 30 days from the last checkpoint we will invoice the project to date and take it down from the dev server to avoid wastage. Payment terms are 7 days on all reduced rates and 30 days on our standard rate.
